Processing time
ObjectMade products are prepared and shipped from Texas. Most ready-to-ship orders leave within 1–3 business days. If a product needs additional preparation time, that information will be shown on its product page.
Shipping rates and delivery
Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout using your delivery address. Delivery times begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking details. Carrier updates can take a short time to appear after the label is created.
Address changes and cancellations
Check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If you notice a mistake or need to request a cancellation, contact ObjectMade as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after preparation has begun or the package has been handed to the carrier.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing, or contains the wrong item, contact ObjectMade with your order number. For damaged products, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly.
Returns and order concerns
If something is not right with your purchase, contact ObjectMade before sending anything back. Include your order number and a description of the concern. Return eligibility depends on the product and its condition, and we’ll provide the appropriate next steps.
3D-print expectations
Each ObjectMade piece is built one layer at a time. Fine layer lines and slight variations are a normal part of 3D printing and make every piece subtly unique. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
Product care
Gently wipe products with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, dishwashers, prolonged high heat, and leaving pieces inside a hot vehicle.
